1. EU ROHS Directive

The EU ROHS Directive, also known as the "EU Directive on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electronic and Electrical Equipment", was revised on June 4, 2015, by Directive (EU) 2015/863 to include four types of phthalates (DEHP, BBP, DBP. DIPP) in ROHS 2.0, which restricts a total of 10 controlled substances in electronic and electrical equipment.

RoHS 2.0 officially came into effect on July 21, 2011. The mandatory requirement for ROHS 2.0 for mechanical and electrical equipment was on July 22, 2019

3、 ROHS testing process

1). The customer provides a product BOM table and evaluates the testing costs;

2). The customer provides a prototype disassembly, the laboratory provides a specific quotation, and testing begins;

3). Laboratory testing and providing a list of non-conforming parts

4). Customers rectify non-conforming parts;

5). Rectification and retesting are qualified, and the laboratory issues a final qualified report;
